Don’t know what it is? A series of exercises that concentrates on position & alignment – frequently recommended to strengthen the core muscles.
The basic principles of Pilates combined with elements of functional training, for a balanced approach to the daily rigours of life.
DON’T BE SHY – it is a class that can be adapted to any fitness level – beginners welcome at the mixed ability classes.
For those with an understanding of the fundamental principles, there is the improvers class, which is a little more challenging!
No specialist equipment required – just yourself – you don’t even need trainers!!!
